The Warriors

A couple of weeks ago, Jason, Felipe (my brother-in-law), and Pete (our friend), competed in The Warrior Dash, a three and a half mile obstacle course. It is big here in Washington....24,000 participants big. For two days 600 people go every half hour trying to get the best time. On top of the race, it is an unspoken rule that you are supposed to dress up and some people go over the top in the costumes they wear. There are a ton of videos (here is a good one) on You Tube to get an idea of what the race is like. They have these races all over the U.S. and they vary to some degree but they are essentially the same. The boys had so much fun this just might become a tradition.
